Brogues are not just for Bro's

I have been a long time lover of the manly shoe. I find that teamed with florals, tea dresses and frills, brogues can toughen up and neutralise what could be a fussy outfit. 

These black brogues from Zara (which are a fashion steal at £29.99) are my pick for the upcoming A/W17. The block heel keeps them looking feminine and the micro studding adds detail that will not distract from your killer outfit, making them so versatile! I’m also really enjoying the elastic sock detailing, I will never have to worry about finding matching socks again. 

This look I have styled is feminine and (as always) an 80’s inspired approach to tailoring with my new favourite brogues.
