Top buys to slay this Bank Holi-YAY!
Eeeeek! You haven’t had time to plan a killer outfit for August Bank Holiday this weekend? Don’t worry (it’ll give you wrinkles!) I’ve got your back, with a run down of outstanding outfits whatever your Bank Holiday plans.
Dinner and drinks with your girl gang
These sock boots from Raid are top of my A/W17 wishlist and the kitten heel is perfect for girls night.
I have two outfits planned around these sock boots...
The first is this cute white skater dress with zip corset detailing from Asos. I have one golden rule when going out for dinner: never were bodycon. This skater dress is perfect, drawing attention to your waist, whilst skating over any post meal bloating.
I have teamed the white skater dress with this red studded clutch bag, to toughen the look up.
The second outfit I have put together the Raid sock boots is this gorgeous embroidered mini dress. I am obsessed with all things oriental this season, and this dress is no exception. I particularly love the mandarin collar and, as always, the A line cut will hide all food babies.
To finish the outfit, I have picked this delicate beaded grab pouch bag.

Brunch
If you’re burning off your bank holiday hangover or starting your day off right, I’ve got two outfits to suit all occasions.
First up is this denim shirt dress from ASOS with seam detailing that is flattering for all body types.
I have styled it with these silver ankle boots for a seventies feel. Keep your jewellery and makeup minimal for an effortless, "I'm with the band" look.
The second brunch look (it’s not a dress!) is this Bershka striped jumpsuit. The pinstripes are lengthening and always a favourite for shorties like me. I am also yet to meet anyone who doesn’t look good in in this colour green.
Feet still sore from partying the night before? Relax your toes in these pink mules from Missguided, with pearl studded heels that will keep you looking extra.

Big night out
It the big bank holiday night out, go bold or stay at home. I’ve picked two outfits so fierce, they’d frighten any Dallas super villain.
This dress gives me all kinds of feels. I’m not sure what I love most, the animal print, the asymmetric design or the puff sleeve.
Season after season, Zara nails their bag game. I have found this perfect leather crossbody bag with faux pearl details, for added diva.
To finish the look off, I’ve found these tie up mules from Topshop. They also go perfectly with the second outfit below.
I have definitely saved the best until last with this ASOS dress. It nails all my favourite trends, jewel colours, animal print and extreme sleeves.
Finish the look off, accessorise it with this crossbody bag which is also from Zara.
